When filling out the form on the "Build Your Design" page, we collect: Name, E-mail address, Phone number, Delivery address (for shipping and later delivery calculation), Specifications for your design.

What is the information used for?

We use the information to: Treat your request and confirm the details of your order. Communicate with you in the process from design to finished product. Conduct delivery of the goods.

Third parties and information sharing

In order to provide our service, we use the following partners: Production partner and carrier: Since the products are produced and sent directly from our partner in Italy, we share the necessary information (name, address and telephone number) with them. Since yourceramics.com stands as a responsible importer for the consignment, your information will also be used in the customs documentation to ensure proper customs office in to Norway, so that you as a customer release extra import costs.

Storage and security

We store your information as long as it is necessary to complete the order and comply with statutory requirements (such as accounting). We never sell your information to third parties.

Your rights
