Purchasing conditions (Sales conditions)

These terms apply to all orders made via yourceramics.com - Org.nr: 930646636

1. order Process: Request via «Build your design» form is a binding order. After receiving the request, we will be able to contact the customer personally to review the design and confirm the details. All quoted prices are incl. VAT, delivery and customs. The order is considered confirmed and put into production only after received payment.

2. Specialized products (Custom Design): All products ordered through this service are impact purchases. This means that the product is made specifically for you based on your unique specifications.

3. No right of withdrawal: In accordance with section 22 (e) of the Criminal Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods produced according to the consumer's specifications or which have been made a clear personal touch. Please note that when production in Italy has started, the order cannot be canceled or returned, as the item cannot be sold to others. This is especially true whether the customer has chosen to have text on the product.

4. Delivery, customs and VAT: The goods are sent directly from our manufacturer in Italy to the customer's address.

No hidden costs: yourceramics.com stands as a responsible importer of the item. This means that the price stated in the order confirmation includes Norwegian value added tax (Ve.) and any customs duties.

Finished moored: The customer will not receive claims for additional import fees or customs processing from the freight company upon delivery. Should you, as a customer against presumption, be contacted by the shipping company regarding import costs, please contact us immediately before making any payment.

5. Payment: Payment is made via Vipps when the customer has confirmed the design but can also be paid with invoice. Production in Italy commences only after the payment received.

6. Advertising: Where the item has an error or deficiency that is not due to the specially designed (eg transport damage or manufacturing error that deviates from the agreement), the right of advertising applies under the Consumer Purchasing Act. All of our products are insured during transport, and a new product will be made at no extra cost at documented damage by delivery.

We therefore recommend that you film the entire opening process of the package as this helps you and us to report damage to the shipping company.

7. Remaining: Since ceramics are a handmade natural product, small variations in color and shape may occur compared to the digital design or images on the website. This is not considered a deficiency, but as part of the unique nature of the product. Should there be manufacturing errors (such as completely wrong color or error on the pottery section itself as plate, barrel, etc.), the customer has 2 months from delivery to say in from.

8. Production and delivery time: Production and delivery time varies from season, but the customer must be aware that delivery will take between 30 and 60 days from the order is put into production until it is shipped.
